Luanda — Angolan Mass Media minister, Carolina Cerqueira, Monday, in Luanda, said that freedom of expression, mainly when expressed through mass media, does not represent an absolute and unlimited right that can be put on the top of others rights and values.
Carolina Cerqueira made this information during the opening session of the mass media legislative package with the officials of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA).
According to the minister, freedom of expression press is under limitations, resulting from the collision with other fundamental rights, with the same normative values such as right to good name and reputation, the image, word, reserve to private life and familiar and the personality development.
